CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept Visa and MasterCard
ONLY

RATES:
Include all guest services (full
gourmet breakfast between the hours of 8:30am and 10:00am, beverages and
cozy accommodations). Rates are subject to change without notice
and do not include applicable taxes.
RESERVATIONS:
Require a one night deposit at the time
the reservation is being made, and is guaranteed by Visa and MasterCard
only. The balance of the reservation can be payable by Visa, MasterCard,
cash or check upon checkout. Cove Cabin requires a $100 Non-Refundable
deposit.
CANCELLATIONS:
Require a 14-day notice. You are responsible for all nights of the
reservation to the extent we cannot re-rent the room. Reservations cancelled at anytime carry a $25.00 cancellation fee.
FOR THE COMFORT
OF OTHERS:
There is no smoking inside the B&B or Cove Cabin. The
B&B is more appropriate for children over 15, please inquire.
CHECK IN:
Begins at 3:00. If you find you are going to be later then 7pm, please
call us on our toll free number so that we can keep a special eye out
for you. Please let us know if you need to make an exception, and we
will try to accommodate you as best as possible. (Extra person/room $15.00).
CHECK OUT:
Time is 11:00 am (if need be other times can be arranged).

**Our bed and breakfast is a no-smoking facility;
however, you may smoke on any
porch if you wish**.
